Ran in these bad boys for 2.5 miles yesterday in 22:49. Now mind you, I was stopped at about a minute and a half of stop lights but even with the cumulative time, it was still a 9:07/mile pace which I was happy about.
It’s looking like my goal time of a 26 minute 5K is very possible!
But now I’m suffering with immense calf pain. I shoulda known better than to amp the mileage so quickly in my VFFs.
